HSSCG August Pet of the Month Colleen

Colleen is a beautiful retriever/terrier mix. She was an owner surrender because her family got a divorce. She has the most unique coloring as she is listed as a black dog but outside in the light it appears as a translucent brown. Colleen likes to play as she has abundant energy. She absolutely loves the water as the kiddie pools at HSSCG are her favorite place hang out. According to her owner, she is crate trained but she will probably need a refresher. Our trainers  have been working on her basic commands and she is making great progress. Colleen needs an active family that will provide her with the exercise she requires. A fenced in yard is a plus but she will need additional exercise on a daily basis to expend her energy.  A home with kids 10 and over is recommended.
