I have been living in Georgia for twenty years and I really enjoy it. It feels like home now. In the fall, as everyone else, I get the Bulldog spirit and am happy to be a part of the Athens and UGA community. For years I have worked with UGA’s Office of Special Events to create beautiful parties. Bringing that school spirit to a wedding, party or corporate event is fun for me.
I can close my eyes and decorate with red, black and white. Those colors are so dramatic and elegant. Red is the most powerful color of all. It is the color of passion, love, and power. Even at home, I love creating red and white arrangements, but, to coordinate with the colors and décor of my house, I use blue and white containers like the one pictured here. If you’re looking at throwing a party or hosting a corporate event somewhere like the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort, the arrangements should be more casual and fun.
Just remember that no matter where the party is—on the island or near the campus--you can show off your UGA pride in a tasteful and elegant way by using beautiful floral arrangements with red and white with black accents.
