Brunswick Safety Day

Do your children know how to be safe in the water? Do they know what to do in case of a fire? Do you know how to be safe on the water? Are you concerned about firearm safety? Is your child’s car seat properly installed?

Get answers to these questions and more during the city of Brunswick Safety Day at Mary Ross Waterfront Park. Brunswick City Police will be on hand to discuss traffic safety. Brunswick City Fire Department will cover fire safety. Glynn County Department of Public Health will perform car seat checks. Southeast Georgia Health System will provide blood pressure checks. American Patriot Range & Gun Club will address gun safety. The Georgia DNR will provide info about boating safety. These agencies and other organizations will ensure you know what to do to keep you and your family safe from your home to our roads & waterways. There will also be food vendors on site, fun activities, and a water balloon fight for the kids.
