The Coastal Symphony of Georgia (CSG) is presenting a kaleidoscope of music for its 41st concert season. Continuing at the helm is our sought-after Music Director and Conductor, Michelle Merrill, who will also serve as Artistic Director of the Winston-Salem Symphony Orchestra.
Timeless Treasures - Monday, February 5, 2024, Wesley Church at Frederica, at 7:30 pm.
St. Louis Symphony trombonist, Christopher Bassett joins the orchestra to perform the Concertino in F major for Bass Trombone by 19th Century composer Ernst Sachse. Beethoven’s popular Coriolan Overture opens the concert. An exquisite symphony from little known 19th century French composer, Louise Farrenc completes the evening.
