Grace & Glory
FaithWorks announces its annual celebration of service to be held September 13 at Gruber Aviation on St. Simons Island. This year, the organization brings together volunteers, supporters, and community leaders to reflect on the year’s successes and look forward to the challenges ahead.
The focus on local acts of service includes music by Owen Plant, food by Halyards Catering/Dave Snyder and silent auction art from Cathie Parmalee. Her painting, “As Above, So Down Below,” to be offered at the silent auction, perfectly captures the spirit of this year’s event: praying hands receiving God’s grace from above that translates into glory in the here and now.
