Visitors will walk along the illuminated path under centuries old oaks and will be treated to a guided tour of the antebellum rice plantation home. Upon entering the plantation home, visitors will be greeted by rooms beautifully decorated for the holidays and interpreters in period dress.

History buffs will enjoy 19th century musket and cannon demonstrations. Nighttime cannon fire over a marshfront view is spectacular. Step back to the mid-1800s as the re-enactors demonstrate camp life as a soldier.

While strolling around the plantation, enjoy hot wassail and cookies. Also, Santa Claus has agreed to make a special appearance. Santa will be sitting by a cozy fireplace as he talks with the young ones; guests are welcome to take pictures of Santa and the children in his specially decorated room.

Guests pay admission ($10/adults; $5 for youth; free admission for ages 5 and under) at Visitor Center/Museum and then walk the lighted path to the festivities at their own pace. Alternate transport is available to those who cannot walk. It is recommended to arrive no later than 7 PM to be able to see all attractions.
