Popular local sax man and crooner Michael Hulett plays Rhythm on the River in October. 

Presented by the Downtown Development Authority, concerts take place from 6-8pm at Mary Ross Waterfront Park. Door prizes given away and food on site during most concerts. $10 adult admission. People 15 years old or younger admitted free of charge.

In case of inclement weather, concert will take place inside at Old City Hall.
