Mildred Huie critters

This art exhibit will take place at the MILDRED HUIE MUSEUM and will feature drawings and paintings from noted St. Simons Island artist Mildred Huie's whimsical vision. Her "family" critter pen and ink drawings depict the vivid color and the varying species of the Southeast, including the "Frizzle Chicken," which Mrs. Huie found so charming. Newly discovered and donated artworks will be shown to the public for the first time.

A curator talk by Dayna Caldwell will take place at 2:30pm on January 18th.

The exhibit will be on view through February 15, 2014.

$5/person donation suggested, credit applied toward any Huie Gift Shop purchase.
