W3 is a multi-day culinary event on Jekyll Island that artfully combines legendary beverage tastings of all kinds of spirits, beers, whiskies, and wines, along with inspired cuisine from some of the South’s best chefs and local culinary superstars.

Friday, February 4: W3 Wine Cruise with Captain Phillip, 11am-1pm and 1-3pm from the Jekyll Island Historic District Wharf.
Friday, February 4: W3 Master Class Pours, 12-4pm, The Westin Jekyll Island - with opportunities to learn from the experts!

12 – 1 pm: “Salt Roasting” with Chef Clayton Rollison, Callawassie Club, Callawassie Island, SC
1 – 2 pm: “Wine & Wildlife”, with Advanced Sommelier, Eric Crane, featuring Santa Margarita Wines and wildlife demonstrations with the Georgia Sea Turtle Center.
2 – 3 pm: “The Art of Making Pies” with Chef Philippe Feret, Hilton Head Social Bakery, Hilton Head Island, SC
3 – 4 pm: “Whiskey Worth Knowing”, with Kerry Junco (SAV) and Jasmine Walker (ATL) with Old Forester 86 proof, Gentleman Jack, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, and Jack Daniels Single Barrel
Friday, February 4: Whiskey Inspired, 6:30 – 9 pm, The Westin Jekyll Island - Hotel takeover and Oceanfront Lawn with whiskey, wine, beer, plus a showcase of whiskey inspired classic cocktails and culinary delights - live music - and silent auction! **SOLD OUT**
Saturday, February 5: Rise & Shine, 9 am – 11 am, The Westin Jekyll Island - light breakfast bites & Uncaged, a special interactive nature encounter with a falconry demonstration.
Saturday, February 5: Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife – W3, 1-4pm, Jekyll Island Beach Village and Village Green- The main event will combines the three W’s and more for the perfect island afternoon. With the beautiful ocean backdrop, enjoy tasting culinary delights and a variety of beverages in a souvenir glass. It’s a full afternoon of stages with cooking and wildlife demonstrations, music and more. VIP Lounge available.
NOTE: This year, following the difficulties the pandemic has had on the restaurant industry in addition to the financial impact, our restaurant vendors will be selling their offerings at W3. All tickets (including VIP tickets) will include a $10 food credit, preloaded to the event wrist bands. Additional food credits will be available for purchase at the event.
Cocktail Challenge
Vote for your favorite drink as our bartenders present their specialty cocktail creation. The “Cocktail Challenge” is always a popular event, but there can only be one winner for best cocktail, so be sure and place your vote!
BBQ Masters
Taste why Southern BBQ is the best BBQ by cruising down shops set up by the South’s most revered pitmasters, grill masters, and chefs. Some of our previous pitmasters included: Robert Owens of Grand Champion BBQ in Marietta, Bryan Furman of B’s Cracklin’ BBQ in Atlanta and Savannah and Orchid Paulmeier, One Hot Mama’s in Hilton Head Island.
