Top raw oysters with caviar, finely chopped shallots, crème fraîche (or sour cream), and Tabasco sauce to taste.

Ingredients:
2 oz. 13th Colony Distilleries' Silver Gin
1 sprig of fresh basil
2 lemon wedges
Splash of simple syrup
Directions:
Combine ingredients in glass and finish with ginger beer.
