Hibiscus Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
Champagne, prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
1/2 to 2 tsp. hibiscus syrup
Wild hibiscus flower to garnish
**Notes – you can make this with ginger ale instead of sparkling wine, for non-alcoholic version. If you can’t find hibiscus flowers, you can actually buy them in syrup on Amazon.
Preparation:
Add flower and desired amount of syrup to a champagne flute. Carefully pour champagne into flute so the flower “blooms.” Serve immediately.

boiling water
3 or 4 ice cubes
2-4 oz. vodka
1 Tbsp. simple syrup or honey
jasmine flowers to garnish
Preparation:
Chill martini glasses in freezer for 30 minutes or so. Make a cup of jasmine tea with boiling water and leave it to steep for a few minutes. Add honey or simple syrup and stir to dissolve. Place ice cubes in cocktail shaker and pour tea, through a strainer to catch any tea leaves, into shaker and add vodka. Shake well until ice-cold and strain into frozen glasses. Garnish with jasmine petals.
