After a bit of remodeling, Simmer & Soak is excited to announce they’ll be offering cooking classes at 8 Market Street once again, in partnership with health and wellness coach, Chef Nicole Monier, and Chef Dave Snyder of Halyards Restaurant Group. They’re also changing things up this year by offering an extra appetizer when you arrive and a wine pairing as you get settled into the class. Classes accommodate 12 people and include canapés, dinner, drinks, recipes, the instruction, and a delectable time in the luxurious Simmer & Soak kitchen. Reception begins at 6:00 p.m. and the demo starts at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $125 per guest, paid in advance. Classes can be booked online at simmerandsoakco.com.
