Straton Hall’s Pimento Cheese Recipe
2 c. finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 8-oz jar chopped pimientos, drained
Salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste
Mix shredded cheese with pimientos. Stir in mayonnaise. Stir until mixture is well blended. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and stir again. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with your favorite cracker or toast points.
*Jay adds extra black pepper for a truly unique flavor.
