Henshaw Companies proudly announces their 9th restaurant and 12th business: Salata Salad Kitchen. This makes the 4th restaurant they have opened since the pandemic began. Their new concept, which opened in May, is a tossed-to-order salad kitchen offering the healthiest and freshest meal options, in a fast and convenient way, including salads, wraps, soup and grain/protein bowls. Owner Justin Henshaw recounts, “When I got the location, I thought to myself, ‘What is it that we don’t have on this island? What about something for those who want to eat healthy, with the convenience and value of a QSR model?’” The answer is Salata. Henshaw repurposed the building's former drive-thru as an online pick-up window, making it even more convenient when ordering ahead online or with the Salata app. Situated between Chick-fil-a and Starbucks, Salata is open Monday-Saturday 10:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m. with Sunday service from 10:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. beginning July 11.
