Welcome Executive Chef Geoffrey Gable to the Straton Hall Events family! He brings over a decade of culinary experience with a successful track record of four and five-star resorts along
the East Coast, always using fresh, locally farmed produce and the highest quality meats and seafood. Chef Geoffrey attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia and began his career at the prestigious Pine Valley Golf Club in New Jersey. He went on to work for Ritz Carlton in both Philadelphia and Orlando, the Cloister at Sea Island, Azurea at One Ocean Resort and Spa in Atlantic Beach, and Orlando’s Deep Blu Seafood Grille. Now serving as the Executive Chef for Straton Hall Events, which also encompasses the 2015 Best Mainland Restaurant, The Southern Table and Bar!
