The Davis Love Foundation (DLF) continues its partner and charity spotlight with a focus on Rich’s, one of The RSM Classic’s founding local partners.
When Davis Love III, Zach Johnson, the Davis Love Foundation, PGA TOUR and many others talked about hosting a tournament in the Golden Isles, they knew it would require not only the support of a great title sponsor but also of individuals and companies both local and beyond. “Our team knew we had a tight-knit, generous community,” said Love. “However, we are still awed by how much the community unselfishly embraced the event and has come together to help raise more than $22.2 million to support children and family charities.”
Just look at Rich’s, a company that inspires possibilities with high quality, wholesale food products, ingredients and brands that can be found in commercial kitchens and grocery stores in all corners of the globe. “Rich’s was one of The RSM Classic’s founding local partners and continues to support the tournament each year to help raise charitable dollars,” said Love.
“Rich’s is proud to partner with The RSM Classic to provide much needed opportunities for children and families in our local Glynn County community,” said Jim Motos, Senior Vice President of Rich Products Corporation’s Consumer Brands Division. “Rich’s has remained committed to the future-building mission of The RSM Classic host organization, the Davis Love Foundation, for the last several years. We are passionate about continuing this tradition of giving back and look forward to readying the next generation of Glynn County for a brighter future through these ongoing partnerships.” For example, the Glynn County Board of Education receives $35K annually through the partnership for sports equipment that would not otherwise be available to all participants and Communities in Schools Glynn County receives $35K annually to support their important work in dropout prevention in local schools.

“Thanks to Rich’s long-standing alliance with The RSM Classic through our vendor program, we have raised approximately $280,000 in the last five years alone for Glynn County organizations,” said Motos. “We are grateful for the opportunity to make a positive, meaningful impact alongside like-minded, mission-driven vendors and community members through our RSM Classic and Davis Love Foundation partnerships.” He concluded, “As a family-owned company, Rich’s is honored to sponsor The RSM Classic. Our sponsorship helps equip Glynn County youth with the means to advance their futures, enabling us to uplift and empower our Southern Georgia community.”
