Thanks to the 80 men who attended an April event at Village Creek Landing for 100 Men Who Give, this charitable giving organization founded by Kevin Udell raised $12,000 for Operation Bed Spread. This generous donation enables OBS to buy beds for kids and families in our community who do not have beds to sleep on at night. They also heard presentations from Forward Brunswick and Golden Isles Veterans Village, organizations that can return again upon nomination to seek a future vote from the membership. Similar in format to 100 Women Who Care, 100 Men Who Give combines the $100 quarterly donation of participating men in Glynn County to benefit a nominated nonprofit that serves the needs of our neighbors. Men can join by donating through the Communities of Coastal Georgia Foundation, attending the quarterly function, and bringing a friend. Details at 100menwhogive.com.
