On Nov. 5-9th, in honor of the McGladrey Classic, stop in to enjoy golf scenes by local artists Tori Anderson, Marion Snyder, and Jim Jones. A gallery talk by director and curator, Dayna Caldwell will be given upon request. On Nov.15th from 4:30– 7:00 p.m., the 9th Annual Little Picture Show with over 200 'little jewel' paintings by more than 20 artists will be presented and on display through the remainder of 2013 during normal gallery hours. On Nov. 30, learn about 20th Century art movement and its importance to the art world in Art Conversations at the Museum from 2-4:00 p.m. at the Mildred Huie Museum. Also hear more about modern artist Jasper Johns, who, like Mildred Nix Huie, was from Augusta. Dayna Caldwell will present and lead a casual conversation. $5 donation requested.
