the bank as senior vice president, commercial lender and manager at the bank’s St. Simons Island location. Charles has more than 25 years of commercial lending, sales and customer service experience and is a member of the Georgia Bankers Association. “We are pleased to have Charles join the Ameris Bank team,” said Hodges. “He has an extensive banking background and many years of experience working in financial institutions that will greatly benefit our customers and allow us to continue to strengthen our relationships with clients.” Woodroof is a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking and Valdosta State University.
