Following a fun October trunk show with designer Katherine Way, Posh is now pleased to be the exclusive retailer in the Golden Isles presenting new inventory from Katherine Way Collections. Way was recently featured in a designer spotlight in Moda Manhattan, where she described her line as “Feminine dresses for women who want to look stylish in clothing that fits well and flatters their body.” She explains, “I wanted to design fun, flirty, colorful dresses for women that can be worn for many different occasions from church to parties to work.” The Katherine Way Collection will be featured at New York Fashion Week 2014.
Katherine spent more than 30 years in retail, developing and launching products for some of the biggest Fortune 500 companies in the retail industry across the U.S., so she was always striving for a look that was professional, yet feminine. “As I got older, I realized that it was much more difficult to find clothing that was appropriate for my age, my style, and my lifestyle,” she says. She used that as her motivation to create her own design collection, “I felt that it was time to give these women the perfect line of clothing. I also wanted to build a quality product and brand that was 100% made in the USA.”
The clothing in Katherine Way Collections is made with bright and bold fabrics that feel great and travel well. Way says, “Our fabrics are really at the core of our designs. Fabrics are carefully selected to complement the style of the dress or top, while providing flattering lines to keep you cool and comfortable too!”
