Practice Group. Over the past 15 years, Strength has built a highly-regarded local real estate and development law practice. His extensive experience includes representing individual owners and developers in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, representing borrowers and lenders in secured transactions, and assisting clients with ad valorem tax appeals, like-kind real estate exchanges, conservation projects, and many other real estate transactions. Strength serves on the Brunswick Downtown Development Authority and the Golden Isles Youth Orchestra board of directors. He previously served on the boards of the United Way of Coastal Georgia, the City of Brunswick Audit Committee, the St. Simons Land Trust, Frederica Academy, and St. Marks Towers. He is rated AV by Martindale, and has been recognized by the Golden Isles Association of Realtors and the St. Simons Land Trust for his work.
