Christy Jordan has taken the helm as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Southeast Georgia Health System, Inc. Jordan has risen through the ranks of the Health System since joining its legal team in 2012. She has led the Health System’s legal function since 2014, serving as its Chief Legal Officer. She also served as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2020 during leadership transitions and has been integral in working with the Health System management team and its Boards to execute their strategic priorities. Jordan earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and her juris doctorate from University of Georgia School of Law and was in private legal practice for eight years with nationally recognized health law practices before joining the Health System.
