Seasonal changes tax your skin’s moisture levels and can leave it feeling dry and chapped. Thinning skin is loss of the fatty layer of the skin that lies below the epidermis. Slower skin-cell regeneration and less fat mean less cushioning which causes bruising and torn skin.
