The 2026 Christ Church Annual Tour of Homes will feature "Lifestyles Around the Lodge" with homes in the never-before-on-tour communities surrounding the Lodge at Sea Island Golf Club at the south end of St. Simons.
Parking and transportation will be based at Christ Church, Frederica where there will be refreshments in the Parish Hall and the opportunity to visit to the historic church, cemetery and labyrinth.
A redesigned 2026 VIP ticket experience includes all features of a standard ticket PLUS a more meaningful contribution to the charities -- while also increasing your enjoyment of the tour. First, VIP ticket holders (exclusively) will be able to skip the bus from Christ Church and park your personal vehicle on the historic Avenue of Oaks approaching the Lodge. Then: start, end or take a pause in your tour with an exclusive champagne, wine and hors d'oeuvres reception in a Lodge-area private home not otherwise included on the tour.
As always, the Annual Tour of Homes benefits non-profit organizations and initiatives for families and children in need in our community.
