Set amid the leafy greens of Quail Valley Country Club, Ken Ludwig's A Fox on the Fairway unfolds on the day Quail Valley faces its oldest rival, nearby Crouching Squirrel Golf and Racquet Club, for the golf tournament of the decade. Battle lines are drawn when the two clubs, like Greece and Troy, assemble their bravest heroes and play on to the final, madcap putt on an 18th hole that is the stuff of legend. A tribute to the English farces of the 1930s and ’40s, A Fox on the Fairway takes audiences on a riotous ride that recalls the classics of the Marx Brothers.
Production runs January 21-23, 28-30. Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. Sunday matinee at 3:00 p.m.
