screening of a classic movie preceded by a tasting of delicious food from chef Judah Lynch of Indigo Coastal Shanty and an insightful talk about what makes the film a “must see.” The classic that will be featured at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 14th is 1933 comedy Duck Soup, directed by Leo McCarey and starring the Four Marx Brothers (Groucho, Chico, Harpo and Zeppo). Due to limited seating for the food, talk and movie, tickets must be purchased by midnight of the Monday preceding the show. Tickets are $18 and can be purchased by phone at 912.252.6934, in person at the Ritz Theatre, or online at goldenislesarts.org. Tickets for the talk and movie only are available at the door the night of the screening for $7.
