Georgia Sea Grill presents a unique culinary experience focusing on sustainability of the sea and of the land. Starting at 6pm, Chef Stephen Ollard will present a five course meal of underutilized fish paired with a choice of beer and wine. The night will also feature speakers Shelley Dearhart from the South Carolina Aquarium and Rafe Rivers of Canewater Farms. Part of the proceeds will go towards St. Simons Elementary’s Ocean Lab.
