St. Simons Soul Circle

Begin or end your week in a reflective and appreciative way. Step into the soul circle and spend an hour working on your inside, getting connected with your soul and nature.

The circle begins with a centering exercise and meditation, then participants simply share around the circle what is most alive for them in the moment using a talking stick and a seed inquiry offered by the facilitator.

That’s it. An hour dedicated to your attunement and well being, so you can enjoy the rest of your week, refreshed and relaxed. No preparation or RSVP required. Feel free to bring a folding chair or blanket to sit on. They have extras available should you forget.

The circle is located in the grassy area to the left of the pier by the smaller playground. Look for the chairs and the sign which says Soul Arborist. In the event of inclement weather, they will meet in the Casino Building Atrium.
