Sounds by the Sea ft. Michael Hulett

For 30 years, Golden Isles Arts & Humanities has been bringing the community great outdoor summer concerts as a fundraiser for the organization. 2019 has a reduced number of concerts, but all will offer great music in a perfect setting. On June 23, the always popular Michael Hulett will take the stage before heading off on a summer tour in the North. This will be his last concert in the Golden Isles until November, and patrons will be in for a treat with his captivating vocals and saxophone and maybe a special guest or two.

“Though we have fewer concerts this summer, we are excited to bring these outstanding musicians to this great venue,” said Heather Heath, Executive Director. “These promise to be wonderful summer evenings with great music, cool breezes and a wonderful sense of community.”  

Sounds by the Sea concerts take place from 7-9pm at Neptune Park on St. Simons Island directly behind the Casino building. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic supper and a lawn chair or blanket to relax on. The season is sponsored Magic 105.9, 104.1 The Wave, and 92.7 SSI (radio sponsor) and Fairfield Inn and Suites (hotel sponsor).

Admission to Sounds by the Sea, payable at the gate the night of each show, is only $10 for adults. Children ages 6 to 12 are $5, and under 6 years old are free.
