A Waffle Can Change the World

Children of all ages are invited to The Cottage Custard + Coffee shop at The King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort on the evening of Thursday, August 3 at 8pm for a storytelling soiree featuring Gaines Sturdivant III, co-author of 'A Waffle Can Change the World'. This adorable annual tradition is open to the public at no charge. Upon arrival, guests will be presented with Waffle House hats and complimentary waffle-cones of mini-frozen custard. Relax on The Cottage lawn as Mr. Sturdivant reads a wholesome tale inspired by contagious kindness and love felt first-hand by a father and son. Purchase your own copy of this heartfelt story, meet the author and have him sign your book. Come early and enjoy dinner at the resort’s oceanfront restaurant ECHO with the whole family before heading over to The Cottage for this special event.
