Storytelling Soiree 2021

Children of all ages are invited to The Cottage Custard + Coffee shop at The King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort on the evening of Friday, July 30 at 6:00 p.m. for a storytelling soiree featuring special guests Gaines Sturdivant II, author of “A Waffle can Change the World” and Grace Gore Sturdivant, author of “The Princess and the Crab”.

Upon arrival, guests will be presented with Waffle House hats, crowns, bubble wands, and more! Kids and adults will enjoy complimentary frozen custard in mini-waffle cones courtesy of The Cottage. Come early and enjoy dinner at the resort’s oceanfront restaurant ECHO with the whole family before heading over to The Cottage for this special event. After the readings, both authors will be available to autograph copies of the books which are available for purchase at The Cottage.
