4th of July fun begins at 5 p.m. with an outdoor concert at Neptune Park kicked off by The O'Reallys. The Caroline Aiken Band will turn things up a notch at 7 p.m. until the fireworks begin at the Pier at dusk, and then will play again after the fireworks. If you haven't heard this folk-rock-blues lady perform, you're in for a treat. I hear she's bringing some very special guests.
