The Coastal Symphony of Georgia brings to life a vibrant program inspired by stories and art from around the world!
* The concert opens with the lively overture from Russian composer Mikhail Glinka’s opera Ruslan and Lyudmila.
* Next is a celebration of the African spirit with American composer Brian Raphael Nabors’ Of Earth and Sky: Tales from the Motherland.
* The evening concludes with Pictures at an Exhibition by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky, arranged by French composer Maurice Ravel.
