World Oceans Day Beach Clean Up

East Beach at the Old Coast Guard Station First Street, Saint Simons Island, Georgia
Join Keep Golden Isles Beautiful, BEACH.COM and the Hampton Inn, Jekyll Island in World Oceans Day beach cleanups on two different Golden Isles islands! Local volunteers will join the ranks of others around the globe in this June 8th internationally recognized beach cleanup effort.
ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Sunday, June 8th at 9AM – meet at the Old Coast Guard Station beach crossover to receive supplies and instruction (First Street, St. Simons Island)
JEKYLL ISLAND, Sunday, June 8th at 8AM – meet inside Hampton Inn & Suites, Jekyll Island lobby to receive supplies and instruction (200 S Beachview Drive, Jekyll Island)
All ages and abilities are welcome, and all cleanup supplies will be provided. Sunscreen and hats are suggested.
REGISTER ONLINE at BEACH.COM/CLEANUPS to receive an official BEACH.COM t-shirt. Volunteers NOT interested in t-shirts are welcome to show up for the cleanup without registering.
