YESTERDAY and Today: The Interactive Beatles Experience

YESTERDAY AND TODAY: The Interactive Beatles Experience will bring the sounds of the Fab Four back to Brunswick’s Historic Ritz Theatre.

This is no run-of-the-mill concert. Instead of a set playlist, members of the audience select the songs, so no two performances are the same. Before the show and during intermission, concertgoers are asked to fill out cards requesting the song or songs they want performed and why. The award-winning performers, led by musician Billy McGuigan, interact with the audience and personalize the music with the audiences’ personal stories and perspectives. While the performers deliver authentic, straightforward renditions of the Beatles’ music within a 1960s-style set, they are not a traditional tribute band and don’t dress as the Beatles nor do they attempt the Beatles’ Liverpool accents. McGuigan and his fellow band members, which include his younger brothers Matthew and Ryan, have performed before audiences across the United States to rave reviews and sold-out venues.

Advance tickets for Golden Isles Arts & Humanities members are $15 for adults and $10 for seniors. Advance tickets for nonmembers are $20 for adults and $15 for seniors. Day of show tickets for members are $20 for adults and $15 for seniors while the cost for nonmembers is $25 for adults and $20 for seniors. The cost for students (with ID) is always $5 each.
