APEROL SPRITZ
3 oz. Prosecco (brut)
2 oz. Aperol
1 oz. soda water
1 orange slice (for garnish)
Preparation
Fill a stemmed wine glass with ice, and add Prosecco, followed by Aperol. Top with soda water (1 oz. or enough to fill to the rim of the glass). Garnish with orange slice.
