Brunch fare may not be something you’d expect from a BBQ truck, but with Southern Soul Barbecue’s Chef Mary & Precious Angel at the helm, creative cuisine and flavorful menus are no surprise. With special guests adding their own twist each week, you won’t want to miss a single Saturday in front of Southern Soul. It’s a veritable who’s who of Southern culinary craftsmanship! Brandon Carter from Farm Bluffton; Brandon Chonko from Grassroots Farms; Chef Tim Lensch from Georgia Sea Grill, and Chef Tia from Sista’s Kitchen have April covered. On the 4th of May, who else but Flo Anderson (of SSI beloved past eatery The 4th of May. On May 11, things ramp up with Chef Hugh Acheson, followed by Cheryl Day of Back in the Day Bakery, and Gunshow’s Chef Kevin Gillespie. Erika Council of Bomb Ass Biscuits will close out the truck brunch season on June 1.
