TZATZIKI
2 c. plain Greek yogurt
¼ c. fresh dill, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground pepper
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (about 1 small lemon)
1 cucumber, peeled, grated and squeezed to remove excess liquid
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large container and mix well to combine. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
