The St. Simons Land Trust Oyster Roast is an annual outdoor feast that is enjoyed under the island's mighty oaks. After 14 years, it shows no signs of slowing down, and as always, the tables filled with steamed oysters were the star attraction. Area restaurants and caterers add to the evening's culinary offerings, which are enjoyed by more than 800 people each year.
