One of St. Simons Island’s premier events, the St. Simons Land Trust Oyster Roast was once again a sold-old out affair. Members of the community, family, friends, and visitors gathered under the beautiful live oaks at Gascoigne Bluff Park to enjoy all the oysters they could shuck, Low Country Boil, and other delicious offerings from local eateries at the 25th anniversary of the signature fundraiser. Adding to the ambiance was entertainment from multiple local musicians. Thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors, and other participants for helping to make this such a fabulous event. Let’s do it again next year!
