The American Cancer Society Victory Board recently celebrated its 50th anniversary of working to raise awareness, provide support for those battling cancer, and make efforts toward finding a cure. Their Golden Gala at Sea Island’s Retreat Clubhouse was an intimate evening honoring those who have been a part of the organization, and featured dinner, dancing, and live and silent auctions. We toast the continued efforts of the Victory Board, yet we hope for a future where they’re no longer needed.
