The Coastal Symphony of Georgia (CSG) will open its exciting new 2014-2015 Concert Season in a new venue with a new more user-friendly ticketing and seating policy for concert goers.
Beginning with a September 29th concert, the Symphony will perform a four concert series in its sparkling new venue at Brunswick High School. The state-of-the-art auditorium offers acoustic excellence, comfortable seating and well-lighted parking near the entrance to the auditorium. "We are very excited to be able to offer our concert goers an exceptional experience at each of our performances," says Sharon Flores, CSG President. All seats will be reserved and assigned in the order ticket requests are received; personal seat selection will be available to Conductor's Circle patrons.
The four concert series will include the intense energy of the Romantic Period, the more modern sounds of 20th Century composers, music of love, and a very special Thanksgiving Week Family Concert for the young and the young in heart. "These are programs which will showcase the virtuosity of the orchestra," says Luis Haza, Music Director and Conductor. "They feature a wide musical palette and artistic breadth."
The Symphony's Opening Night on September 29th will feature powerful masterworks by Beethoven, Brahms, Wagner and Liszt.
"We hope to make you proud of the artistic excellence of your orchestra, and create experiences that you will cherish," says Jorge Peña, CSG General Manager.
