Award-winning ECHO restaurant at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort presents Autumn Harvest Wine Dinner on Friday, September 19 at 6:30pm featuring Signorello Estate Winery and the King and Prince’s new Executive Chef John Palacio.
A boutique family-owned winery that sits on a west-facing hillside overlooking the Napa Valley, Signorello it is best known for their estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon. The romantic side of winemaking, growing grapes, working the land and enjoying the wine country lifestyle of camaraderie, good wine and great meals is what brought the Signorello’s to the Napa Valley.
Chef John Palacio has created an Autumn Harvest menu, a distinctive 5-course dinner that pairs perfectly with the wines ~ coupled with a wine discussion led by Michael Brehart, National Sales Manager – Eastern Region, Signorello Estate Winery.
