Brunswick Blessing of the Fleet Celebrates 84th Year

Our home port of Brunswick has the oldest Blessing of the Fleet tradition in the nation. This May marked the 84th annual occurrence of the ceremony and the festivities that surround it at Mary Ross Waterfront Park. This year’s fun included the 2nd Annual Southeast Georgia Shrimp Standoff cooking competition, live music, arts and craft vendors, and more. If you missed it, come out next year!
