A good time was had by all at this fall’s Firebox 3 event on St. Simons Island. Author & chef Eddie Hernandez from Taqueria Del Sol served up his own unique brand of deliciousness at the Southern Soul BBQ Dinner to kick off the weekend. And there was plenty of Wild Heaven craft beer and cocktail creations courtesy of Virgil Kaine to accompany. Saturday, world renowned pitmasters and culinary crews served up everything from duck pastrami to pork belly fried rice to fall-off-the-bone short ribs at the BBQ on the Bluff. So many tastebud tantalizing options to try! The festive atmosphere was enhanced by the lively crowd and the killer tunes provided by Bonnie Blue. We’re already looking forward to next year!
