Karen Friend from The Pub at Village Inn shares a recipe for a simply smashing cocktail made with Georgia muscadine grapes. They'll be making it at the October 3 Sip, Taste & Tour Pier Crawl at the St. Simons Food & Spirits Festival.
Grape Smash
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Vixen Vodka
1/4 oz. key lime juice
4 muddled muscadine grapes
splash of soda
Directions:
Combine and serve over ice. For a special touch, make ice cubes by freezing grapes and key lime zest in the tray with water.
