
Shrimp a la Vodka *Signature Menu Item* by John Wirtz, Nazzaro’s Italian Cuisine
Ingredients:
8 large Georgia white shrimp
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 oz. vodka
4 oz. marinara sauce
4 oz. alfredo sauce
1/2 c. fresh spinach
5 oz. penne pasta, cooked
1/2 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
Directions: Sauté shrimp and mushrooms in olive oil. Add vodka, marinara sauce and alfredo sauce when shrimp are almost fully cooked. Add spinach and penne pasta. Toss. Garnish with grated parmesan and parsley.
