Skillet Corn
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
½ c. butter
12 large ears of corn, kernels cut from cob
¼ c. half & half
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a heavy skillet, melt butter and add corn. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring often. Add half & half, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer corn for 15 minutes or until corn is cooked to your liking. Be careful not to scorch.
