The Cheesiest Mac & Cheese Ever
Yield: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
2½ c. macaroni, uncooked
1½ c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1½ c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cottage cheese
2 large eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Paprika
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni using package directions. Drain. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix ingredients well. Stir in cooked macaroni. Butter a 13 x 9 baking dish. Spoon mixture into dish. Sprinkle top with paprika. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until lightly brown. If cheese is browning too fast, cover baking dish with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
