OCTOBER HIGHLIGHT - GRIMM’S FAIRYTALES & FOLKLORE - 2024 Theme: Little Red Riding Hood

Get ready for a fun filled evening with street performers, a live trial, a scavenger hunt and so much more! This event is family-friendly & all ages are welcome to participate! 

Meet at the intersection of Newcastle and Gloucester from 6pm-6:15pm to receive your map and clues for the scavenger hunt. GET READY…. you might be see a Wolf, Little Red Riding Hood, and a Huntsmen! Solve the clues, read the story & collects stamps as you go.

The big question of the night - is the Wolf guilty or not guilty, that is up to you! Help determine if the wolf was going to eat granny or help granny. Don’t forget to collect your goodie bag at the end of the trial! 

The CoastFest Art Contest opens at the Brunswick Library during First Friday. While CoastFest itself is cancelled due to the hurricane recovery, they’re still proud to present the artwork of nearly 800 talented local students. First Friday opening starts at 4:30 p.m.
